Direct Debit Terms and Conditions:
By choosing to pay Farmside (Baycity communications) by Direct Debit, you are authorising us to update our records with your payment option. This payment option includes your Bank Account Name and Bank Account Number. By authorising us to use this payment option, you are confirming that you are the sole signatory on the bank account.
Your Direct Debit is subject to the following conditions:

You agree Farmside must give you at least 10 days prior notice of each direct debit including the first direct debit in a series. Changes to the amount or dates of a series or direct debits require 30 days notice to you.

You can also agree with Farmside to receive a same day notice for direct debits specifically requested by you.

All notice of changes must be in writing but can be delivered electronically.

If your bank dishonours a direct debit but Farmside retries it within 5 business days of the original direct debit, you understand that Farmside does not need to notify you again about that direct debit.
The direct debit is also subject to your banks standard terms and conditions that relate to your account.
