Need help with Wi-Fi?

Farmside is now offering customers access to a great new app called RouteThis.

RouteThis allows you to easily diagnose and troubleshoot any Wi-Fi or connectivity difficulties you are experiencing.

When should I use RouteThis?

Before giving our Technical Support team a call, we recommend using the RouteThis app to identify common issues. You run a scan if you are experiencing the following issues:

Speed issues
Video buffering
Wireless coverage issues/dropouts
Wireless congestion

Step 1

RouteThis opening the app

Download the free RouteThis app on your device from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Once installed open the app and click Begin.

You will then be asked to enter a code. Please use the code: FARM

Step 2

RouteThis running a scan

Select Network Scan to start the diagnosis.

From there, you will be guided through recommended troubleshooting steps needed to resolve your connection issues.

Using this app didn’t solve your issues?

Get in touch with us and we can investigate further. Each scan you run will produce a unique code which you can provide to us for further troubleshooting purposes. Please have your unique code ready.
