- Availability of the Unlimited plan may depend on network capability at your address. For Unlimited data Fair Use Policy applies.
- Factors such as the distance you are from a cell tower, the network capability and the overall use of that cell tower by the other consumers can impact the speed experienced.
- Factors such as the performance of your modem, location of the server you’re connected to, the performance of your device and your in-home Wi-fi setup can impact the speeds experienced.
- Sufficient 4G coverage and capacity is also required. Traffic management and Fair Usage apply.

Urban Wireless Broadband and 4G are not available everywhere, connection is not guaranteed. Download and upload speeds may vary depending on the time of day and distance from the cell tower. 3 month free only applies to the standard monthly plan charge and is applied when your broadband connection becomes active and will appear on your first or second bill and will be debited back if the plan is downgraded in the first 6 months or terminated before the end of the term. Farmside will supply required equipment, $20 postage and handling fee applies. Additional charges may apply for managed installations and additional travel. Modem is required to be returned at your cost if plan is terminated within 12 months of a 24-month term. Offer ends 31st December 2025 unless Farmside chooses at its discretion to extend.
