Office 365 Outlook Settings

Step by step guide

1. Open the Office 365 Outlook
2. Click File on the Top Left
   
3. Select Farmside email account
4. Click Server Settings from the dropdown
   
5. Under the Incomming Mail, click the “This sever requires an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS)
6. Ensure that the port changes to 995
7. Ensure that the Username is your email address making sure you put the @farmside.co.nz at the end
   
8. Click on Outgoing Mail to expand the settings
9. Click the “My outgoing (SMTP) server requires authentication”
10. Ensure the port changes to 465
11. Ensure the option ” Use same settings as my incoming mail server” is selected
    
12. Click next to apply the settings, it will now validate the settings
13. Click on Done when prompted
